"Promised Land"

Starring heartthrobs Matt Damon and John Krasinski, this film covers the fight of a grassroots campaign against a corporation’s goal of securing drilling rights in a small town. After an economic downturn and members of the community seeking financial support, the corporate sales partners believe their job will be easy. However, a schoolteacher and the leader of a grassroots campaign say otherwise. Hit play on your screen if you want to watch this David vs. Goliath showdown all about environmental injustice.

"The Burning Season"

If you want to be inspired to become a leader for change, watch this film immediately. The film covers the life of a Brazilian rubber tapper who fights against the government and land developers seeking to cut down parts of the Amazon rainforest. The rich and powerful will do everything they can to get what they want, but one man alongside an army of supporters risk their lives to defend environmental justice. If you like tear-jerkers and need motivation, we highly recommend this movie.
